1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery on eligible items.
2. Return Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange
Size or product exchange is possible based on availability.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is found to be used or damaged by the customer.

In case reverse pickup is not available in your area, the customer may need to self-ship the item.
Online payments via Razorpay are subject to a 2% fee deduction in case of refunds, as per Razorpay’s policy.
